Free E-mini Futures Education & Historical Market Research

A free archive of E-mini futures education, historical market notes, and chart studies.
Welcome to TradesP500, a free educational resource developed from years of studying E-mini S&P 500 (ES), Nasdaq (NQ), Russell 2000 (RTY), and Dow (YM) futures.
TradesP500 began as my trading blog and later developed into the Trading Edge educational and mentoring program. Although that program has ended, I have preserved its educational materials for anyone interested in studying historical market behavior, price action, and technical analysis.
All educational content is now available free of charge. No paid membership or subscription is required.

Understanding Market Behavior
The educational material focuses on developing a structured approach to analyzing markets, including:
- Identifying key support and resistance levels across major equity index futures.
- Understanding intraday and higher-timeframe market structure.
- Recognizing potential reversals, breakouts, and changes in market behavior.
- Comparing relative strength and weakness across equity indices.
- Developing alternative market scenarios rather than relying on predictions.
- Building a structured trading plan and adapting to changing conditions.
These concepts are illustrated through actual historical market observations, charts, and educational commentary.
Learning From Historical Market Analysis
Between May 2019 and December 2023, I published daily trading notes documenting market conditions, important price levels, and potential trading scenarios.
These notes provide an opportunity to study how market expectations were formed before a trading session and compare those expectations with subsequent price behavior.
The notes and recordings are historical educational materials, not current trading signals or recommendations.
